Hannah Lindgren

Hannah is a real estate and sustainability professional with nine years of experience across capital markets, development, and institutional asset management. Currently serving as an Assistant Vice President on AEW Capital Management’s Architecture & Engineering team, she leads property and environmental due diligence across the firm’s acquisition pipeline and oversees development and capital projects from inception through construction completion. She also plays a central role in advancing AEW’s firm-wide climate risk and sustainability strategy. Hannah has previously held positions at Marcus Partners and JLL.

A graduate of Bentley University and the Boston Architectural College’s Master of Design Studies in Sustainable Design program, she has built a career at the intersection of investment strategy and environmental stewardship. She brings that same interdisciplinary perspective to Young Professionals for Prevention, where she is committed to expanding the foundation’s network, elevating awareness of environmental health risks, and equipping young people with the knowledge and community to advocate for meaningful change.

Her commitment to Find the Cause Breast Cancer Foundation is deeply personal. As the daughter of two-time breast cancer survivor and FTC Board Member Dru Lindgren, her connection to the foundation’s mission spans more than a decade of personal involvement that began in high school. For Hannah, protecting the health of the people she loves is not just a personal priority, it is a driving purpose. She is eager to channel that conviction into educating the next generation on how to live more intentionally and advocate proactively for their own well-being.
